Payroll & Pension Liaison Manager

Salary: Grade PO5/PO6 £39,177 - £43,82

Location: Britannia House, Bradford City centre

We are looking to recruit a highly effective, experienced and motivated Payroll and Pension Liaison manager. As a key member of the Revenues, Benefits & Payroll management team you will have responsibility for the full end to end payroll and pension liaison process, managing around 40 staff and delivering multiple payrolls to over 22,000 internal and external employees.

The successful candidate will be technically expert in payroll processing, including current legislation and regulatory requirements, as well as having a detailed knowledge of pensions and benefits. You will be a strong and forward thinking leader who thrives on delivering a high quality service and will be able to lead and motivate the payroll and pension liaison team to deliver successful outcomes.

You will have a strong customer focus and will be able to effectively market payroll and pension liaison services, as a traded service, in a highly competitive market place. Ideally you will have experience of using SAP and will be CIPP qualified.
