Royal Parks automate HR

Royal Parks automate HR

The Royal Parks is to install an automated HR service. The new HR system will be self service, allowing all 130 members of staff access to the human capital management system and access to their own files.

The new system will be integrated into the Royal Parks existing system and will allow staff and managers to update and view information relating to holiday dates, sick leave and any upcoming training.

Royal Parks will be able to monitor its human capital and work flow management because the new system will allow them to run reports electronically. The organisation hopes that by using the self service solution provided by COA Solutions it will be able to monitor its workforce more intensively.

Teresa Marsh, HR manager at The Royal Parks, said: ‘With integrated workflow and self-service modules, we look forward to further streamlining our HR processes.’

‘With line managers having quick and easy access to staff information, this will aid decision-making and allow management to take a more strategic view of the workforce.’
